Dr. Masahiro Hamano from PRESTO Japan Science and Technology Agency visited the Department of Systems Biology and Bioinformatics in March 2012 to present his work on "Kinetic Simulations of RNA-interference:
Primer Dependent and Independent Synthesis of dsRNA" in the department's research seminar series. The visit was also used to launch a new collaboration to analyse tissue organization using mathematical modeling.
