Research interest

My research interest is inferring gene interaction networks using high throughput data and developing new tools and approaches in network biology using R language. My other interest is integrating different level of Omic data such as, Genomic, Proteomic, miRNAomic, Transcriptomic in order to create comprehensive view to clarifying interactions between various layers of biological system in different states to finding main factors and key players in disease progression.
